Do you issue an invoice for the balance I deposit for service payments?
“No. These are funds you are holding on behalf of your future clients. This money will be used by them to pay for a service, and the provider of that specific service is the one responsible for invoicing your client”
How are Mobile Airtime top-ups (for Mexico or International) invoiced?
You will be invoiced for every purchase of inventory airtime. This includes the additional commision airtime, which the platform will credit to your account with each top-up
Does the airtime include taxes?
That is correct. Airtime includes the corresponding taxes for each country, but it will ultimately be consumed by a mobile number from that country
"How long does it take to set up the system and start selling?"
“Your account will be activated within 24 hours of receiving the required information, and you can start selling as soon as you add funds to your balance
Do I need a POS system?
No. You can sell from a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet, or a POS system
Can I use my seller account on multiple devices and locations?
Yes, it is possible, but they will share the same balance. We recommend having a separate account for each location. We will provide as many accounts as you need
How do taxes work for airtime top-ups, PIN sales, or utility bill payments?
Airtime top-ups: Please note that airtime is a virtual product invoiced to you as inventory. Your earnings are based on a percentage margin, and taxes are based on that margin according to each country’s regulation. Electronic PINS: You receive a commission on these sales, taxes should apply to that commisssion. Bill payments and toll tally: Your business charges a convenience fee to the end customer . Taxes should be based just on that specific fee
